In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be at the discretion of Coffee Ventures Europe Ltd.
4. WHO IS ELIGIBLE? — INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS ONLY

Any information found to be false, misleading, materially inaccurate, or deliberately omitted will result in the immediate rejection of the application or the cancellation of the ticket and registration, with no refund, credit, or compensation provided. This applies before, during, and after the Event, and regardless of whether the inaccuracy is discovered before the Entrant arrives or after they have been admitted.
Where such a discovery is made during the Event, Coffee Ventures Europe Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the Entrant's badge and remove the Entrant from the venue with immediate effect, with no refund, credit, or compensation provided.
Coffee Ventures Europe Ltd. further reserves the right to refuse the Entrant, and any organisation they represent, participation in any future Coffee Ventures Europe Ltd. event.
Incomplete or illegible entries will be invalid.
Participation in the Event is voluntary. Should the Entrant not participate, no refund or compensation will be provided.
