Honduras is renowned as a coffee-producing country for its many microclimates, and in the western part of the country, where our coffee comes from, some of the very finest qualities are grown. Here, many families cultivate coffee alongside other crops on small farms that have joined together in cooperatives, with farms often passed down through generations.

The coffee beans from the Sidamo district in Ethiopia are known in the coffee world to be organic and for their unique character, often with an intense note of citrus. Our Ethiopian Sidamo comes from a handful of Fairtrade certified sub-cooperatives adherent to the Sidama cooperative in southern Ethiopia. Farming and picking are carried out by hand according to ancient methods.

The style of music and the national dance called Cumbia are the pride and joy of Colombia. That is why we named our dancing espresso Cumbia. But a just as important component of this modern and delicate espresso is the coffee from the Asobagri cooperative on the mountain slopes of Guatemala. The volcanoes here bring life to the coffee, which offers a tasty experience of dark berries with notes of butterscotch.
