Successful buyers and suppliers will gain access to their personal 1-to-1 Meeting Portal where they will be able to create their personal profile, including category interests and personal requirements. Three weeks prior to the event, buyers and suppliers are able to make their preliminary meeting selections.

Through our proprietary matchmaking software, buyers and suppliers are matched and meetings are scheduled.  One week prior to the event, participants receive their personal meeting schedule for final approval.  A minimum of 10 guaranteed relevant 1-to1 meetings then take place.  Each meeting takes place at a supplier meeting station for a period of 25 minutes.

Four months prior to the event, industry peers are invited by email to nominate online outstanding achievers and performers across a range of categories (self-nominations are strictly prohibited but industry stakeholders are encouraged to invite their network to vote for them).

A team of expert analysts and researchers from The World Coffee Portal and 5th Wave Magazine evaluate the nominations and hand-pick the winners of each category.
